On June 16, 2007, Erma Smith suffered an admittedly compensable knee injury while working for Southwest Arkansas Food Bank (AFB). The injury occurred when Smith was attempting to lift a heavy box from a pallet. AFB accepted the injury as compensable and paid all costs associated with that injury, including a two percent impairment rating.
