In 2001, we overhauled the Procedures of the Arkansas Supreme Court Regulating Professional Conduct of Attorneys at Law ("Procedures"). See In re Amendments to the Procedures Regulating Professional Conduct of Attorneys at Law, 345 Ark. App=x 675 (2001) (per curiam).
