Tommy D. Tatum was charged in Saline County with two counts of first-degree terroristic threatening for his involvement in events at a Bryant gas station on July 24, 2009. The felony information alleged that Tatum, while holding a knife, threatened to kill Holly White with the purpose of terrorizing her, and that he committed an identical act toward her husband, Justin White. Tatum was tried in a bench trial, was found guilty on both counts...
