Appellant Marion Edward Riddell appeals from his conviction for rape. His sole point on appeal is that the circuit court erred in ruling against a continuance of the trial or, in the alternative, a delay, for two witnesses who failed to appear in court.1 We find no error and affirm the circuit court.
