Willie Wells, III, pleaded guilty to witness bribery in February 2009. The circuit court sentenced him to twenty-four months' probation and ordered him to pay just over $1000 in fines, costs, and fees. Wells was to pay $50 a month on this obligation beginning in April 2009. The State filed a petition to revoke Wells's probation in July 2009 and amended its petition about a month later.
