Appellants Mary Gurlen, Justin Reeves, and Bonnie Bush-Boudieb 1 (collectively "Gurlen") appeal the order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court granting summary judgment to appellee, Henry Management, Inc., d/b/a Henry Corporation, Inc. ("Henry"). We agree that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment to Henry, and we reverse and remand for the trial court to enter sum mary judgment in favor of Gurlen.<...
