Loggins appeals the judgment of the Union County Circuit Court convicting him of two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count each of simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug premises. He was sentenced to life imprisonment on the simultaneous-possession charge and consecutive terms of imprisonment totaling 1,344 months...
