Appellant Juan Vega, Jr., pled guilty to the charges of possession of methamphetamine (with intent to deliver) and possession of drug paraphernalia (in furtherance of a felony). On October 8, 2009, he was sentenced (as a habitual offender) to thirty years imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction (with an additional ten years' suspended imposition of sentence). He was also ordered to pay various fines, including a $1000 payment...
