A Benton County jury convicted Wendell Lee Strickland of rape and sentenced him to eighteen years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. He appeals his conviction claiming that the trial court lacked jurisdiction; that the trial court erred in admitting expert testimony explicating the lack of physical evidence of rape; and that the trial court erred in admitting other bad-act testimony under Ark.
