On November 15, 2000, appellant Danny Joe Dooly pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. For each offense, he was sentenced to twelve years in prison followed by a fifteen-year suspended imposition of sentence.
