PER CURIAM.

Derek Sales was convicted of capital murder and aggravated robbery and was sentenced to death and life imprisonment, respectively. This court affirmed the convictions and sentence on direct appeal. Sales v. State, 374 Ark. 222, 289 S.W.3d 423 (2008). Sales then filed a motion for post-conviction relief in circuit court, which was denied. Sales now appeals from the denial of his Rule 37.5 petition.
