In August 2008, a man robbed an Arvest Bank located inside the Harrison Wal-Mart Supercenter. James Grissom was charged as an accomplice. While the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict on the robbery charge, it did find him guilty of theft of property and sentenced him as a habitual offender to twelve years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
