Appellant Max Eastin appeals the circuit court's denial of his petition for postconviction relief pursuant to Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 37.1. In 2005, Eastin was convicted of manufacturing methamphetamine, use of paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, and simultaneous possession of drugs and a firearm, for which he was sentenced to a total of 480 months' imprisonment.
