Appellant appeals his convictions for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying a weapon. On appeal, he asserts that the circuit court erred in (1) denying his motion to dismiss on the charge of carrying a weapon, and (2) denying his motion to suppress all evidence resulting from the search of his vehicle.
