A Pulaski County jury found appellant Frederick Childs guilty of two counts of rape and two counts of kidnapping. Childs was sentenced to thirty-five years' imprisonment.1 He argues on appeal that the trial court abused its discretion by failing to grant a mistrial based on the prosecutor's comment. Childs also contends that the trial court erred by denying his pretrial motion for severance. We affirm.
