This case is before us on appeal for the third time. We dismissed Esterosto, LLC's, first appeal for lack of a final order. Esterosto, LLC v. Kinsey, 2009 Ark.App. 396, 2009 WL 1362345. Esterosto returned to the trial court to cure that problem, which the trial court did on July 14, 2009, by entering an Amended Order.
