Appellant, Maxwell Melder, pleaded nolo contendere to the offense of distributing/possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, a Class C felony. He was sentenced by the trial court to five years in prison, with two of those years suspended, which is within the three- to ten-year sentencing range for a Class C felony. See Ark.
