PER CURIAM.

In 2003, appellant Edward William Doss, Jr., entered a negotiated plea of guilty to two counts of rape and received an aggregate sentence of 240 months' imprisonment. The judgment indicates that the victim was under the age of eighteen years. Appellant, through counsel, filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in the circuit court of the county in which he is currently incarcerated. The petition was denied, and counsel has lodged in this court an appeal...
