PER CURIAM.

On March 17, 2010, petitioner James K. McCoy filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court. He contended in the petition that the Honorable Sam Pope, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a post-trial motion for new trial filed on February 5, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Bradley County.
