Appellant Rodney Adkins was convicted of aggravated robbery and felony theft of property. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to forty-five years' imprisonment for aggravated robbery and to forty years' imprisonment for theft of property. The sentences were run concurrently for an aggregate term of forty-five years in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
