Appellee William B. Jones sustained a compensable back injury on June 6, 2005, while working for appellant R.C. Landscaping (RCL).1 Jones's injury occurred when a tractor rolled over him, breaking his back in multiple places. He sought additional benefits and a hearing was held before the Administrative Law Judge on April 23, 2008. The parties stipulated that Jones's healing period ended on October 25, 2005.
