PER CURIAM.

On February 17, 2010, petitioner Wyouman David Camp filed the pro se petition for writ of mandamus that is now before us. He contended in the petition that the Honorable Charles Yeargan, Circuit Judge, had failed to act on a motion for appointment of counsel that petitioner had filed in the Circuit Court of Howard County on November 5, 2009.
