A jury found appellants Jewel Eugene Johnson and Michael Ryan Webb guilty of second-degree battery. Their sentences were enhanced because of their habitual-offender status and, pertinent to this appeal, under the Arkansas Criminal Gang, Organization, or Enterprise Act for committing the crime "in concert" with two or more other persons.
