A jury found appellants Jewel Eugene Johnson and Michael Ryan Webb guilty of second-degree battery. Their sentences were enhanced because of their habitual-offender status and, pertinent to this appeal, under the Arkansas Criminal Gang, Organization, or Enterprise Act for committing the crime "in concert" with two or more other persons. Appellants argue on appeal that it was error to enhance their sentences under the Arkansas Criminal Gang...
