Appellant Robert L. Shaw entered a negotiated plea of guilty to first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, as is reflected in a judgment entered on June 15, 2009. The trial court imposed a sentence of 72 months' imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
