Appellant Jason Martin, a police officer employed by the Brinkley Police Department, appeals an order entered by the Monroe County Circuit Court denying his motion for summary judgment. For reversal, Martin contends that he is entitled to qualified immunity on the claims brought against him by appellees Brooks Hallum and Sharon Hallum.
