Appellant Kendrick White appeals the revocation of his probation as entered by the Jefferson County Circuit Court. Appellant had pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault in 2005, negotiating his charges downward from rape, and in exchange for that plea, he received a five-year probationary term.
