This is an automatic appeal pursuant to Ark. R.App. P.-Crim. 10 (2009) from the judgment of the Sebastian County Circuit Court convicting Appellant James Aaron Miller of three counts of capital murder and sentencing him to death on each count. Jurisdiction is properly in this court pursuant to Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 1-2(a)(2) (2009).
