Appellant Hutson Burks was convicted in Pulaski County Circuit Court of aggravated robbery and theft of property. The jury found him guilty of robbing two employees of the Metropolitan National Bank in Little Rock at gun point as they were refilling the drive-thru ATM machine. He took several thousand dollars in cash. Appellant was sentenced to concurrent terms of twenty-seven and eighteen years, respectively, in the Arkansas Department...
