In 2005, the prosecuting attorney filed an information charging appellant Tyrone Lanell Johnson with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use that paraphernalia in the course and furtherance of a felony, i.e., possession of cocaine or possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver.
