In this medical-malpractice and wrongful-death case, appellant, Dr. Ketan Bulsara, appeals from a jury verdict in favor of appellee, Dr. Julia Mortimer Watkins. Dr. Bulsara does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence. Instead, he argues primarily that the circuit court erred by not disqualifying Dr. Watkins's attorney. As a remedy, Dr. Bulsara seeks a new trial with different opposing counsel. We find no error and affirm.
