Supreme Court of Arkansas.

April 16, 2009.

ANNABELLE CLINTON IMBER, Justice.

The State of Arkansas appeals an order of the Saline County Circuit Court granting postconviction relief to Appellee John H. Brown in accordance with Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 37.
