This appeal arises from the conviction of Appellant Genre (pronounced "John Ray") Jamison Page a/k/a "Money Ray" for capital murder and his sentence of life imprisonment without parole plus ten years, which includes an enhancement for use of a firearm. His sole point on appeal is that the circuit court erred in denying his motions for directed verdict.
