Appellee Billy J. Leach sustained an injury to his cervical spine on June 17, 2003, while working as a truck driver for appellant Enterprise Products Company. In a previous proceeding, the Workers' Compensation Commission found the injury to be compensable and awarded temporary total disability benefits, as well as medical treatment to include an anterior microdiskectomy of C6-7 with fusion performed on January 13, 2005.
