Appellant Michael Lee Layton was convicted in a jury trial of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Mr. Layton was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of forty, fifty, and forty years.
