Appellant Veronica Post appeals the order of the Franklin County Circuit Court dismissing for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction her petition for a writ of mandamus and request for declaratory judgment. Because this is the second appeal of this election case, our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 1-2(a)(4) and (7). We affirm.
