Derek Sales appeals his convictions for capital murder and aggravated robbery and his respective sentences of death and life imprisonment. We find no error and affirm. Because Sales was sentenced to death and to life imprisonment, jurisdiction lies in this court under Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 1-2(a)(2).
