Appellant Joe Thelman has attempted to appeal an order of the Phillips County Circuit Court by which he was granted immunity and ordered to testify in the ongoing criminal trial of Edward Joshaway. We hold that the order granting immunity is not a final, appealable order, and we dismiss his appeal.
