This appeal arises from a decision of the Board of Review of the Arkansas Department of Workforce Services (the Board) finding that Appellant Mamo Transportation, Inc. (Mamo) is required to pay unemployment insurance taxes for services performed by drivers for wages because Mamo failed to meet the three-prong test set out in Ark.Code Ann. § 11-10-210(e) (Supp.2007).
