This is an appeal from the trial court's dismissal of the complaint of appellants, Statewide Advertising, LLC, and Sears Gentry. The trial court dismissed appellants' declaratory-judgment action against appellee, the town of Avoca, for failure to state a cause of action. We reverse the trial court's order.
