Appellant Joseph M. Bienemy appeals the order of the White County Circuit Court convicting him of capital murder. On appeal, Bienemy argues that there was insufficient evidence to establish that he was an accomplice to the murder of Carlos Deadmon. As Bienemy was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole, our jurisdiction is pursuant to Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 1-2(a)(2). We affirm.
