In a prior opinion, we reversed the order of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission (the Commission) awarding additional medical benefits to appellant Walter Kent. The Commission awarded benefits because appellant obtained treatment for his left shoulder within one year of an order of dismissal for failure to prosecute, but it failed to make any finding regarding when appellant...
