Taylor Gurganus ("the mother") appeals from a judgment of the Walker Circuit Court that, among other things, awarded custody of A.G.-C. ("the child"), who was born on August 25, 2020, to Austin Jacob Clay ("the father"), subject to the mother's right to visitation. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
