John Dee Peterson and Brenda Peterson appeal from a summary judgment entered by the Houston Circuit Court ("the trial court") in favor of Triad of Alabama, LLC, d/b/a Flowers Hospital ("Triad") on the Petersons' claims asserted in their medical-malpractice action. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the judgment.
