Walter Wallace appeals his conviction for heat-of-passion manslaughter, see § 13A-6-3(a)(2), Ala.Code 1975, and his resulting sentence, as a habitual felony offender, of 30 years' imprisonment.1 For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
