WELCH, Judge.

On March 25, 2013, the Juvenile Court of Houston County held a delinquency hearing in the matter of W.C.M. After an ore tenus hearing, W.C.M. was adjudicated a delinquent child for the offense of first-degree criminal mischief. The juvenile court sentenced W.C.M. to probation in his parents' custody and ordered him to pay the victim $2,822.94 in restitution.
