("Chase"), a lienholder, was the successful bidder at a February 10, 2010, foreclosure sale of the house. Regions Bank ("Regions"), another lienholder, redeemed the property from Chase and subsequently filed an ejectment action against the Wolfes in the Mobile Circuit Court...
