Jeanette R. (Wicks) Jackson appeals from a judgment of the Colbert Circuit Court entered on a jury verdict in favor of Jeffery R. Wicks on his conversion claim. Wicks cross-appeals from a judgment of the trial court dismissing his shareholder-derivative claim against Jackson on behalf of The Cash Store, Inc. ("The Cash Store").
