Based on the Alabama Supreme Court's holding in Ex parte Parker, [Ms. 1110566, April 5, 2013] 136 So.3d 1092 (Ala.2013), Jermaine Lavar Parker's conviction for conspiracy to commit a controlled-substance crime is reversed and a judgment rendered in favor of Parker.

REVERSED AND JUDGMENT RENDERED.
