Daniel Ernest Hegarty, M.D., and the Monroeville Medical Clinic ("the Clinic") appeal from a judgment entered by the Monroe Circuit Court in favor of Dixie Hudson in her medical-malpractice action. We reverse and render a judgment for Dr. Hegarty and the Clinic.
