Matthew D. Morris appealed to our supreme court from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of Elizabeth W. Morris on her claims of false imprisonment and battery; our supreme court transferred the appeal to this court, pursuant to Ala. Code 1975, § 12-2-7(6).
